What are the age recommendations for piklers?

We don’t have age recommendations for our piklers. We have seen 12 month olds rocking the large size but other kids need practice, it’s very individual. Kids will climb anything you put in front of them. It’s more about size of your play area. Measure the size of the area and compare it to the measurements on each product.

Can I pick up my products?

Updated April 14, 2021

Our shop is currently under construction and we do not have a safe place for customers to pick up their orders, so we are offering free shipping for now.

When will my products ship?

We have one shipping day a week. Every Thursday. We typically take two weeks to process and pack orders. For example, if you order on Saturday, your package will ship not the coming Thursday but the next Thursday. We need that time to fabricate your items. If you haven’t received any emails from us in two weeks please contact us.

If you have a special date like a birthday coming up and are looking to receive the package earlier please see our rush service option.

The date your package will arrive is based on the shipping method you selected when you check out. Please watch for a tracking number in your email. You will receive it when your items is ready to ship.
