All of our items come with a 30-Day defective merchandise warranty
This warranty comes with all of out products. If you bought our items from another retailer please contact them for individual warranty information. Want to make sure you are happy with our products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Upon arrival of your items please inspect all parts for damage. Count all hardware to insure you have all parts. Keep original packaging.
If you find damage on you parts email us at email@example.com Include pictures of the damage. One of our team will get back to you regarding the next steps.
When returning a damaged piece return only that piece. No need to return a full unit. Please keep original packaging.
If the product has physical damage or damage from outside weather. Or evidence of tampering or modifying the products. You will NOT be eligible for a return or warranty. Contact us if you have any questions regarding how to assemble our products.
Return Shipping- Contact us for our shipping address and instruction on how to return.
If you would like to return your product for a refund. We will accept non assembled products back and offer a full refund, excluding any shipping costs. If you have already assembled your product, we can accept a return but there will be a 20% restocking fee. We will not be able to offer a refund if the unit shows that it has been damaged during assembly or improperly used.
All refund go back to the payment source originally used to place the order. Customer is responsible for returning products back to our shop. If you are physically unable to return the products, we can send a shipping label. The cost for return shipping will be the customers responsibility.
